Do you believe in God? Have you ever seen the builder of your house? But you know it had a builder because the house is there, the evidence for there being a builder. Same with the universe, because it is here and had a beginning, it must of had a creator. God created the universe!

Have you ever sinned before? How many lies have you told before? Have you ever lusted after another person? Jesus says that is committing adultery in your heart. Ever stolen something before, no matter how small? There are other things that are considered sins as well, and if you've even done one of these things, you have sinned, and you are a sinner! (hint, we all have)
Romans 3:23

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
And because you sinned, would you deserve a punishment or a reward? Punishment right? So what sounds more like a punishment? Heaven or hell? Hell right?
Revelation 21:8

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
Well what can we do to not go to hell? Be a good person? Well let's try that in the court of law.
"Your honor, I have done these crimes, BUT I did these 3 nice things, please forgive me and let me go free." The judge, being a good judge, can't just forgive those past crimes, he needs to judge them.
So what can we do to go to heaven and get saved? Well, what if someone who is perfect and never sinned took your punishment for you, in your place?
Jesus Christ according to the scriptures is the only sinless person to walk this earth, born of a virgin, God manifest in flesh, died for your sins on the cross, was buried, and rose the third day defeating sin and death.
Romans 10:9

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
So, if we are to look to ourselves, and our works, we will come up bankrupt, BUT if we point to Jesus alone as to why we get to heaven, He who took 100% of our punishment, then God will gift us heaven. If you trust in Jesus, and He took 100% of your sin punishment, how much is left for you to pay? 0% right? So you can be 100% sure you will get to heaven, because you are pointing to Jesus to take your sin punishment!
Isaiah 64:6

"But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away."
Now, this is only if you accept the gift. I can hand you 20$ and if you don't take it (trust in Jesus) then you haven't received it right? And let's say, if I were to give you the 20$ as a gift, but then say "But you need to wash my car" (your own works) is that really a gift? No. It's 100% what Jesus did for us.
Now let's say you trust in Jesus, and then you sin again and die where would you go? You might think hell, but actually Jesus died for ALL your sins, past, present, and future. BUT we won't want to sin, and will want to fight against sin. For if a fireman saves your life from a burning building, would you want to punch them in the face? No! Not at all! You would want to thank them, so this isn't a free pass to sin, God forbid, sin is so incredibly awful! But again, fighting against the sin isn't what keeps you saved, the fireman already saved you, it wasn't NOT punching him that saves you.
So, if you put your trust in Jesus today, I look forward to meeting you in heaven! <3 God bless you richly.
